Intention

“No goal is too distant, no path too arduous when we take the journey step by step. Withdraw your mind from the seemingly impossible summitt and turn your attention to the step to be taken today. Our steps through life are chains of cause and effect, and each step successfully taken delivers the next one to us with greater ease until the end the final goal is ours” ~ US Andersen

An Intention is getting definite about what you want right now. It is defining what you want to see in your life now. There is no thing, task or desire too big or too small. You already set intentions every morning you wake up. Unintentionally, your first thoughts upon waking, sets the energy of your day. That first thought gets your mind going in the direction and builds upon that thought or intention. Don’t believe me. Try this: Start looking at your day so far and walk that back to your firsts thoughts of the day. Did your day go in the same line withyour first thoughts? Throughout your day, at times, does it feel like you are trying to pound a square peg in a round hole? What if you start your day intentionally. As soon as you catch yourself, change the thought and create an intention for the day or for the moment. Do it now. Is that intention you are thinking now coming from a place of love or fear? When it comes from a place of love you will feel good, really good about it. When it comes from a place of fear you will feel bad, your body will try to pull away from it and causes pain or dis-ease. No matter where the intentions come from - Love or Fear - you will get it . Fear produces more lack, sickness, pain, not enough, dis-ease, and more uncomfortable situations. Love produces abundance, healthiness, more than enough, lightness in your body, peace and more comfortable experiences that are full of joy. Every negative emotion comes from fear. Every positive emotion comes from love. Feel the difference?

I am not stating anything that hundreds of metaphysicians, spiritual influencers and the like have written or spoken of over the many thousands of years. The most famous and most misunderstood is Jesus. In the most popular law of attraction book that is the bible it states “As you have believed, be it to you” Matthew 8:13 or “As a man thinks in his heart so is he” Proverbs 23:7. Since the begining of time humans have created their lives with intentions and imagination builds the pictures of that intention in our mind then your intuition guides you to more of that. Yes they all work together to give you exactly what that first thought started because the Master Creator gives us exactly what we intend with our thoughts. The good and the bad are both given in the eyes of the Master Creator - God. “Whatsoever a man soweth , so shall he also reap” Galatians 6:7 Take a look at what is going on in your thoughts, then look at your life to see where you are right now. I am giving some possible actions to take that I have used along my journey. Try it, it will work for you - if you think it will. Keep your “but” excuses out of the way. What do you have to loose?

Actions to take: (When I use “this” please use what you desire in its place)

  1. What do you want to experience today? Write it down in the form of “My intention for today is “this”. I am experiencing “this” today” Then speak it out loud and repeat it in your mind every time you think of it.

  2. Have a specific event you want to expereince in a different way? Write it down in the form of “My intention concerning “this event” is this. I am experiencing “this event” in “this” way with love, peace and joy”

  3. Have some thing specific you desire to have for yourself? Write it down in the form of “My intention is to have “this” in my closet. I am seeing “this” hanging in my closet and I look so good in it.” You can substitute with other things like ..person laying in my bed, letter in my mail box etc….easily and effortlessly with love, peace and joy.”
