Intuition

Inside everyone there is a place where all things are known and understood. In this place there is no struggle or strife, it is where all things are possible, where we do nothing and leave no thing undone. This is where all who are weary and heavy laden will be given rest. It is a place of perfect peace, unconditional love and where great joy is attained.

For me it lives in my between my heart chakra and solar plexus, where I receive the feeling of the guidance, I call it intuition. I see intuition as my God Positioning System (GPS), the direct line to God in me. This guidance from within is the still small voice saying come this way, turn right, beware, don’t move, move quickly, not right now, patiently wait etc. It is a daily practice of meditation that gets me tuned in to receive the download of my directions for the day. I dont know the next step ahead of time, I know it in perfect time, when I listen with my inner ear and feel into it with my heart. This daily practice helps me discern the difference between my E.G.O. (Edge God Out) voice or the voice of my G.P.S. and the more I practice the better I am getting at following the G.P.S. guidance. Am I a master at this? No not by a long shot, however I know that when I slow down and center myself, the answers come quickly. Intuition guides us to our intention, fulfilling what we imagined. For me, the guidance comes after I give it to God, and that power that creates worlds works it all out perfectly for my greatest and highest good. When I hold on to a thing I desire, chewing on it constantly, it will never come because that holding on pinches off the manifestation of the thing.

It all sounds so easy and really it is. We make it so hard to hand over our lives to the One that creates worlds. We say “I want it this way” or “Move this person out of the way” or “Give me the lottery win to solve all my problems” like Infinite Intelligence that is God needs our help or advice. Most of us have the illusion we are in control of how God works things out for us. I have found the only thing we have control over is our thoughts and feelings about things. Whatever we maintain in our thoughts and feelings is what we are creating for ourselves. God knows your thoughts and feelings then gives you more of that. Even in your misery God is like well change your thoughts and feelings about it so I can work that out for you until then I will keep giving you more of this thing you are harping on and complaining about.

Your intuition says to you in multiple ways, this isn’t right for you and really gives you a way out. However, the out may not be socially acceptable or you think it will hurt someone’s feelings. You can feel it in your body. Your body is made up of energy, I always say it is the energy of God in every cell. When we stop and feel into our bodies we can tell if something is right for us or wrong for us. When we feel the guidance we should follow it. Most of the time we get ourselves in situations because we didn’t practice the pause, didn’t stop to feel, we went with our EGO voice instead of our GPS voice and acted quickly. The EGO will tell you lies and have you believing you have to do it now, settle or that something is impossible for you because of this or that or circumstances beyond your control. That is all rubbish. If you stop for a minute and feel into it, ask yourself what is really true about this situation? Then move forward when it feels good. The ways of the world will tell you to hurry up, act quick, don’t delay, the early bird gets the worm, you have to work hard and step on others to get ahead, see others as less than because of this or that and they are expendable. That is not how any of this works folks.

The truth is there is more than enough money, houses, jobs, food, partners, resources for everyone to have more than enough. Our Creator provides a way when our humanness can’t see a way. When we slow down and receive the guidance that lives inside each and every one of us, the way is made clear and it all gets to be easy and effortless. Intuition will get you where you are meant to be, first, Let go and Let God guide you every step of the way. You will begin to see miracle follow miracle and wonders never cease in every aspect of your life.

Try this daily practice.

  • I learned this meditation from Dr. Wayne Dyer book called Jappa Meditation. There is a morning version and a bedtime version.

    • This morning meditation is practiced every morning for 10 or 20 minutes and is meant to open you up to the receiving.

      • Set your intention for your day then set a timer, its ok to play some meditation soft music if you want.

      • Repeat “Ah” for the whole 10 or 20 minutes

        • If you feel yourself drifting following thoughts down the rabbitt hole bring it back to the “Ah”

    • The evening meditation is practiced before you go to bed for 10 or 20 minutes and really meant to be the last thing you do before drifting off to sleep.

      • Find something you appreciate about this day. Something that felt really good and worked as intended. Center yourself on that good feeling. This good feeling is what your mind will marinade in all night.

      • Repeat “Om” for the whole 10 or 20 minutes

        • If you feel yourself drifting following thoughts down the rabbit hole bring it back to the “Om”

Everything is working for your highest and greatest good.

All is well
