I Don’t Watch the News — I’m Too Busy Rewriting My Reality

I’ll admit it — I don’t watch the news.

Not because I’m ignorant.
Not because I’m indifferent.
But because I no longer align with the frequency it carries.

Most of what is broadcast into the collective mind is polarizing, divisive, fear-based, and filled with narratives designed to keep us small, reactive, and distracted from our true power. And I’ve made a conscious decision to protect my energy, my mind, and my vibration from being hijacked by that noise.

I’m not here to single-handedly save society.
But I am here to overturn the deep conditioning that has kept me — and so many others — from accessing the fullness of who we really are.

So I tend to my cell.

I nourish it with peace.
I cleanse it with truth.
I activate it with love.
I align it with trust.

Because I know that every time I raise my vibration, I’m sending that frequency out into the collective body. I’m contributing to the birth of a new world — one built not on fear and separation, but on unity, wisdom, and peace.
